Supervisions are the key to ongoing learning.  Without  them, positive feedback cannot occur. 
For this reason, BAHA expects ALL officials to participate as part of their job. 
Each official is expected to supervise one game (two-man or three man) and give back to the program per pay period (approximately one month in length).
